The Cabrillo Marine Aquarium has been a major aquatic research and education center for the past 70 years. A facility of the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks, the aquarium is conveniently located between Point Fermin and the Port of Los Angeles in San Pedro. The Cabrillo Marine Aquarium is open Tuesday through Friday from 12 noon to 5pm. It is also open weekends from 10am to 5pm.
